Windows 2003 Print Server Cluster on VMware

Hello, this is my very first blog and I am very excited about it. I have a new challenge at work. I have to replace the existing Windows 2000 print server with a Windows Server 2003 cluster where Windows will be installed on two VMware virtual machines. How exciting! I have done some preliminary reading, and I have found out that it both is possible and supported. So I have to schedule some time with one of my teammates to get my VMs created. I still don't quite understand how the heartbeat connection will work on Virtual machines, so I guess I have some more reading to do.
